Glad they are up 6, bt man what a sloppy quarter. Should be up 15 at least. Rondo's turnovers singlehandedly keeping Lakers in the game and once again they get ZERO at the end of both the first and second quarters. I have never seen a team that runs worse plays at the end of a quarter than this one.

If they cut the turnovers they should win this one.

Pau Gasol has been a non-factor offensively. Not playing well.

Kobe Bryant struggled for most of that half too. Lamar Odom had another non-showing. Fisher, Artest and Farmer are all struggled offensively.

Not much going on for LA on the offensive end of the court. Things looking good for Boston.

  • Thank you Eddie!
*scratches head*  2 questions: How are we only up 6, and how the hell are we even up 6?

Take care of the ball in the second half and we'll be up 3-2 at the end of this game.

That wasn't the play they wanted to run at the I think. Rondo wanted to give it to Paul, Paul had his back turned and the clock was running down so Rondo had to do something.

11 points off turnovers for The Lakers, 8 offensive rebounds.
Story right there.

Thankfully PP is hot, we're shooting a good percentage.

Need to cut out the turnovers, control the boards in the second half.

Still, happy to have a lead.

And, hey, we have 2 whole free throws!

Well, that actually seemed like a pretty decent half there.  Nice to see the skipper get it going.  We need Sugar Ray and KG a little more involved though.

  • GOT IT!!!
Clean up the turnovers in the second half and the C's should be fine.

Refs and turnovers are the difference between a double digit lead and what we have now.
