lucky shot by Fisher and what an absolute garbage call by the refs  3 seconds when the shot clock is at 20?  send that one to the NBA office!

better not be any Laker fans on the main page complaining about getting screwed by the refs tonight.  they've let them play more tonight but they're giving LA the benefit of the absolutely horrible calls

I foolishly looked at lakerground=--they claim Kobe never gets any calls from the refs.??? And the we should have gotten about 12 T's this game. But we all agree that Breen is horrible--they think he love's the C's and hates the Lakers--we think opposite. ;)

Breen's pretty objective overall. But LA and Boston fans are incredibly provincial.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Lets go celtics!
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

I think we might need a life coach too next season. Someone to teach us to get into the zone, block out the opponent and the whistles and just focus on fulfilling our potential on the floor.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

He isn't horrible but I don't like him. Maybe because I live in NYC and watch so many Knicks games he calls. But I think he is a bit of an NBA company man.But funny the one thing both teams complain about--Breen

Interesting. Almost no moving screens called on us tonight (I think this is right).

Seems like Doc's comments had an effect.

Love Perk's aggressive D on Gasol.  Gives KG the ability to help a bit more in the paint and have more energy for offense.

Defense looks terrific, but we have to continue to execute on both ends.
