Where is Rondo's teardrop?

I thought the teardrop was becoming a major aspect of his game, similar to how Tony Parker uses it. Rondo is either pulling up for jumpers, or trying to go all the way to the hoop. His teardrop has been noticeably absent. Where has it gone?

It was there in Game 2.

It just wasn't there last night.

I wonder why he would go away from it. The Lakers are giving him enough room to use it every time down the floor.

I too think he needs to be more aggressive offensively. I'm tired of the defense dropping off him so much. He can hit that 20 footer, he needs to shoot it, and he needs to take it to the rack more. So does Pierce, let's get their bigs in foul trouble. I want to see their scrubs in the game, and watch KG dominate them, and Perkins dominate them off the boards.

Certainly not easy, but the teardrop is designed so that if you put enough arc on it, it will sink no matter how tall the defender is. The teardrop is a little guys greatest weapon.

Where is Rondo's Defense. Forget Steals. His play against Fisher was horrible at the end of last game. We can't afford to burn him out defending Kobe.

Would def like to see more of that from Rondo, but like already said its harder for Rondo to get to the rim with 2 7-footers clogging the paint.

But on the other hand...if he can keep fooling the Laker bigs like this....then that would be pretty sweet

Rondo could have definitely gone under the screen instead of trying to fight through it, but you want Fisher taking two's instead of 3's. It was just one of those nights. The pick and roll defense has to improve.
