I dont get the anxiety.
Lakers have HCA and a tremendous pride and are on a mission. A game 1 win is the least to expect from them. There are a number of factors that worked against our Celts.
1. Perkins had to constantly be in control of his emotions. Not good for the enforcer who has to throw himself out a bit.
2. Rays early foul trouble forced Rondo to overthink his penetration as his options for kicking were limited.
3. But the biggest problem was that unlike many other games we have seen, noone from the Celtics put up their hand to take over. Pierce was in fine form imo and could have been designated, Rondo and KG were passive, and Ray was in foul trouble. And Perk as said above is living with the tech threat.
In game 2 all of these factors will be put to bed.
