I voted for Van Gundy only due to the options available.  My first choice would be Jay Wright, then Van Gundy, then McHale.  I was listening to 98.5 who said the Thibeau (sp) would never be the head coach of the C's.

If he stuck around another year or two, I could see them giving Tom a shot in the Rondo rebuilding process.  It might only be because management realizes any coach they hire likely won't make it through a rebuilding process anyway (usually mediocre-to-bad teams can coaches relatively frequently).  However, they still might give it to him.
