20 hours left!

I'll give a Tommy Point for every hour you count down. ....

#20 in Q's best moments in the NBA Finals ----

1969 - Game 7 Hardly remember the game but in the middle of the night Nelson hit the back of the rim and the ball miraculously dropped through the hoops. And a new tradition was born for me.

I'll give one back atcha, too ... great idea! That's about the time I was starting to be a hardcore Celtic fan as well ... been watching for a few years with my Dad, but '69 is when I started emulating players ... buying memorabilia ... watching games when Dad was working ... loved those days.

Too much of a revenge factor for the Lakers, they'll come out swinging.  HCA will get the Lakers off to a good start.

Lakers will win first 2 at home, it's the 3 middle games in Boston where it will get interesting.

I'm not worried about Rondo, Lakers have seen better in Williams, Westbrook and Nash.  Lakers have dealt with those premiere scoring guards just fine.  Interestingly enough, Deron Williams and Nash are great 3 point shooters; Rondo isn't.

It's the KG/Pau matchup that will probably decide the series.  If Pau plays tough, the Lakers have a great chance at ending this quick.

Let the games begin.

Celts will steal at least one in LA ... and I think the Lakers may steal the fourth in Boston ... but we finish it in five at the most. ;)

Tipoff seems so far away... I can't wait till it starts, still long hours to go. It starts at 3:00 am here and I have to wake up early tomorrow for an exam but screw it, it's the Finals and the Celtics, can't miss it!!

So excited about this one. It's a huge game, if we win this one we put all the pressure on the Fakers for game 2 and we start to shake their confidence. I feel very good about this one, and I think Rondo and Ray will have great games.

Can't wait!! TP FL and GO CELTICS!!

Congrats and a TP  :)

It's been a month since the Celtics clinched the Finals spot... but today they're playing in the Staples to steal the first one.

Go Celtics!!!

edit: TP's to everyone that bleeds green (sorry for the Bynum fan) and of course to FL for such a great OP
