Jordan,and it's not very close.  Imagine him now with the hand checking rule changes?  Plus the guy took a tremendous beating when he got to the rim.  All those times he got slammed to the ground would be flagrants now.  He might have had a couple more titles if the rules were changed earlier.  The Pistons beat him down.
