KG needs to do much, much more on offense.  It seems like he forgets that he's a good offensive player.

Yup, if anyone needs to force his own offense on this team, its KG. Unless a definite double is coming from Howard, KG needs to go to work - with a foot in the paint.

As long as it's not those fallaway 20 footers.

Thats where he's gotta get that foot in the paint. Score within 15 feet. If Howard is on you, go into his chest - thats the best way to get through a shot blocker.

KG's offense is predicated from ball movement. The problem is that the ball has stopped. When it moves -- he'll score more.
