Technically, the title of this thread is libelous, unless the OP has evidence of a criminal past that I'm unaware of.

Disappointing this one hasn't been locked and taken down.

Speaking as a lawyer, I have to say that what is disappointing is that Dwight Howard has not been brought up on charges before the International Criminal Court for his numerous crimes in violation of the Geneva Convention.

I also think it's a shame he has not been arrested in connection with the human corpses he keeps buried in his crawlspace.

The NBA HAS to review all the incidents that occurred in this series because each of them involved Howard and his elbow or some dirty plays that kind of looked unintentional... but when there are so many of them it's just too suspicious to be unitentional.

I think this is enough. Obviously refs didn't respect the most important thing: player's health. Last night I was afraid Rondo could get yet another Dwight violent punch or elbow, taking him out of the game.

Celtics need to focus on health, defending pick and roll, and please, put Gaffney or Scals in the active list and unleash them at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. I'm sure they would be ejected before they can play some "good playoff basketball".

I want to apologize, because in the game thread I was posting a lot of referee stuff, but I have never watched a game where a team is allowed to KO the other off the game, while the KO'd team isn't allowed to breathe near the first one. Never.

By the way, Dwight is making to Celtics what McHale did to Rambis, but in a whole series, and he isn't punished for doing so.  I hope all the conspiracy theories about playoff revenue are true, and the Celtics get their share of 3 extra players on game 6. Really, I want them to win even if its 8 on 5, last night they earned that benefit.

And yes, Coward (not Supergirl, please...) is dirty, but there's a lot of things worse than a basketball match. There are real criminals, and then there's a Big boy who gets away with all that dirty plays. Hopefully last night ends being the last time.

I love how he acts so innocent. On the replays it looks accidental contact cause he's looking away when dropping those elbows. I wouldn't doubt if its premeditated. He's a thug like that. And Perk is the one with the bad rep.

Howard, meanwhile, was unaware what was going on.

It is shocking that people read this quote and then hate him. Especially when you have a fan quote admitting Howard wasn't looking at Baby when the incident happened.

Where his eyes are don't indicate much to me. I don't think the elbow BBD recieved was deliberate, but its hard for me to give him the benefit of the doubt when he's constantly throwing dirty elbows at players heads.

He gets called for NOTHING...Early in the game, he landed right on top of Rondo after blocking his layup attempt-NO FOUL-!...Then he PURPOSELY hits Rondo in the face on Rondo's floater..Foul on the other player...then, he Elbows Baby and then hurts Pierce...and the refs do NOTHING.

This is THE most CROOKED crap I have ever seen in this crooked league.

That first one you mention was an obvious non call unless the ref is a Celtics fan. Howard's block was clean. Rondo came down on Howard's leg.

There was also nothing to call on the elbow to baby. Howard can remain levitating in the air. He has to come down when he jumps. That's what happens when you stand planted on the floor underneath a guy who jumps really high when rebounding.

Unfortunately, the refs are not wearing Celtics fan glasses.

Trying to single out Howard sounds bizarre considering Howard gets into foul trouble all the time.

Howard knows that he's coming down with those elbows hard. And he does it hoping that people are there. He's not an idiot, he's been playing basketball a long time. Dwight knows exactly where his elbows are and where defenders are. Defending him after this game is a joke and anyone who does ought to be ashamed. He slapped rondo in the face earlier in the game, purposely elbowed pierce in the face and then gave baby a concussion. All while visibly [peeved] off in a physical game where elbows were being thrown. If you think dwight howard's elbows were completely accidental, you're simply a fool.

When I was younger, my whole game was based around throwing elbows and sell them as an "accident".
Don´t tell me he doesn´t know where the defender is, he knows exactly what he´s doing.
Just look how he accelerates his arms when coming down.

It´s not the ref´s fault that we lost this game, it´s the ref´s fault that Howard is allowed to injure opponents on purpose.

The NBA suspends Garnett for what he did, but now has now allowed Howard to elbow a third player in the head with no consequences. This organization is a joke.

If a player cannot play without creating constant health hazard for other players on the court, he needs to be disciplined appropriately until he learns how to. Somehow, 30+ other centers in the NBA manage to play without throwing "inadvertent" elbows to people's heads every game.

There is obviously a risk of injury on every play, but hits to the head are extremely dangerous, and can end someone's career, or  even cause significant brain damage.

Howard is a much better and modern day version of Dikembe Mutumbo, who was constantly hitting people with "inadvertant" elbows until the league finally cracked down on him.

It's really amazing when you think about it to see how much "unintentional elbow hits" Dwight has had this series and yet he nevet got suspended or got more than a flagrant 1. Surreal.

Well there really is no debate, Howard is a dirty player.

This is one of the few times when I feel it's necessary to hurt a player. If the officials will not call a game fairly, and Dwight is allowed to hurt our players with zero repercussions, then it's time he gets injured. It's really not as extreme as it sounds, if he is just going to continue to injure our players, then he in turn should be taken out, the referees leave you no choice.
