tell me how this blow by Howard is different than what KG did in the Miami series. I'm all ears.

I think it has to do with one being in the flow of play and the other being extra-curricular. That's my guess, anyway.

that doesn't make much sense though. obviously kg's was a technical foul while howard's was a flagrant, so that accounts fo the mentioned difference.
But it's an intentional blow to the head of a player which i thought would result in a flagrat 2 and a suspension...

Much as I hated that DH foul (Booo, I say), I'm not 100% sure it was sheer intent to harm (F2). More like a raw uncontrolled power lashing out in frustration (hence F1)--oth I dont have the rule book in front of me here.

i wasn't picking on anyone...i just like our attitude....i am not sure of the rules either.

i'm actually agreeing with those saying that the rules in flagrants and suspensions etc. are to tight, but i don't want the league to change their rules in the middle of the postseason, but stick to tis rules...
i think this according to rules qualifys as a flagrant 2...
