So glad Pierce did not pass to Rondo, get the ball to Ray on the inbound pass.

Need to make at least one of these FTs after Orlando foul here.

That should seal the win.

Caught a break on the Lewis three... he usually makes them. Howard was fouled before he jumped again but whatever.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Even if we hold onto to win this game, Orlando has the momentum going into game 2

Hey, Negative Nancy..so did Cleveland.

Not being negative, just stating the obvious. Blowing them out by 20 would've been far more devastating than beating them by 3 or 4.

I'm just not sure that there's that much carryover between games.  Cleveland should have had the momentum after Games 1 and 3; we should have had it after Game 2.  In each such game, the team with the momentum lost fairly handily.

Assuming we close this out, we took home court advantage back.  That's the only result that really matters.

All the negativity in this town sucks. It sucks, and it stinks, and it sucks. - Rick Pitino

We blew out Cleveland and in return they blew us out. We win this and Doc can harp on them about blowing the lead... then they still play with something to prove, and that's when we're good.

But Rondo definitely isn't getting much praise from me tonight.

Not being negative, just stating the obvious. Blowing them out by 20 would've been far more devastating than beating them by 3 or 4 - when we've led by double digits the entire way.

On the other hand, there's no chance for a CLE game 3 type situation in the next game. Also... we win. Sooo that's always a little bit of a plus.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Pierce clutch... I'm relieved.

Now make them miss a 3 and we're good.
