A strictly defensive stopper, Someone could offer him the MLE. Its plausible. Anything is possible in this crazy free-agent bonanza. The way he is redefining his career, TA might have just added more years to his NBA career. Every team could use a defensive stopper.

I think signing Tony will be much like signing Big Baby last year, lot of talk going on but he will stay, Boston took a chance on him last time, I think and hope he repays the debt now that he is finally healthy and able to help out, and it's not like he can complain about the minutes

It really is one of the more feel-good things about the last month. TA finally realizing his potential and solidifying his place in the league as a result.

Tony is a good role player. The Celtics better consider a good contract offer to Tony this offseason. I'm just not sure what his true market value is. I don't think he is a midlevel player but 3 years at 10-12 million seems quite fair.

I've been saying it for awhile: TA brings to this team something no one else on the roster does. Beyond his much improved defense, as we have seen, he is a player that can run with Rondo and who in the half court sets can slash to the basket/paint. There isn't anyone else on the roster who provides that much needed enthusiasm at his position and it is a HUGE value to the team. Cheers to TA for playing great this series and being an invaluable part of the team and contributing an enormous amount to the series victory.
