What a jam by Tony. Lebron didn't shoot well, Ray didn't shoot well, Mo did, KG did, Pierce did nothing in the half, Rondo was pretty good. Can't help but feel we should be up by 10.

  • TRANSFORMATION INTO CHAMPION COMPLETE!!!
I'm OK with this half, Lebron is doing nothing and there is no way Mo Williams is going to win the game for the Cavs. If Mo Williams is going to be the leading scorer and their go to guy, fine by me they're going to lose.

Paul needs to show up, period.

Rondo needs to penetrate and hit KG in the post, play Celtic's D, and this one is over.

Watcha think, guys. Was that their best shot?

Nope.  They only had one guy who played well, and yet they're only down by two.  That wasn't even close to the best the Cavs can play.

Luckily, it's not the best we can play either...

Seriously, Doc needs to stop using Finley. Put Daniels if anything and let Ray rest a bit from having to follow James around.

Agreed 100 percent. Much rather see Marquis than Finley.

Only up by 2, but we were the better team in the first half. I have a good feeling.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

No. Both sides are playing mostly good defense. But both teams are capable of playing better on both ends of the court. I want KG to get a lot of minutes in the second half. 9-10 per quarter. The Cavs have no answer for him on either end of the court.

Nice dunk by TA.

But up only 2 at halftime is not really good. I feel like we've been our worst enemy. Too many turnovers, defense rebounds slipping away, poor decision making, missed FTs... and Bad TA has shown up tonight (except for his dunk he has played terrible defense).

The foul trouble on Pierce and Rondo is obviously a concern.

We have to make a run in the 3rd early and keep pushing. We must avoid a close game heading in the 4th.

1. i cant forsee mo williams scoring like this in the second half.
2. cavs offense is not doing much other than pick and roll with williams
3. i prefer having LBJ shooting the jumper
4. fouls...can they PLEASE even out at some point?
5. up 2..no PP and no Ray. get them going please
6. boston is keeping the cavs in the game with TOs and fouls. play clean they win. Cs should be up 10 plus right now

  • GOT IT!!!
Maybe Pierce can show up in the second half.

If he can stay off the bench. The refs are keeping him there.

Anything from Pierce and the C's are up at least 10 right now.

I don't know about you guys but I consider that first half a near disaster.

We gave them life with all sorts of turnovers and bad shot selection and we cannot defend that high p&r. Plus, we've got the entire team in foul trouble. AND Paul Pierce looks utterly lost on the bench and even worse when he's on the floor. Cleveland looks poised and they know we struggle with their more athletic lineups.

Somebody talk me off the ledge.

C's have had a bad habit of losing games this year where they shoot really bad from the three point line. Hope they can either hit a lot better from out there in the second half or overcome that bad habit if they don't.

Nick - I believe they were 1-12 from behind the arc in game 4, so there is hope!

Tony played a very nice half -- 15 important minutes.

Ray 0-3 from 3.  Will get hot in the third.

Foul troule as usual 3 C's with 3; no Cavs with 3.
I'm happy C's still up 2 -- a lot of bench minutes in the second quarter.

Paul played about a minute of the seocnd. Ray and Rondo each about 8 minutes.

- Ray hasn't been on yet, he's 0-3 from three.
- Pierce has been in foul trouble, 8 mins, 1 of 5 shooting.
- Rondo has been in foul trouble, but is playing at his playoff pace

Yet, we're ahead.

Come on guys, turn it on and let's kick some rear. We can do this!
