just curious what some panelists think of my team.. and where i need to improve.. thanks guys!

There are two main problems I have with your team:

1) Lack of size at the PF position; and

2) Chemistry concerns

I think you can fix the first one, but it will be tougher with #2.  I think you need to find some leadership for your team, because I think guys like Vince and Gilbert could potentially tear it apart.

Joe Johnson is missing from Portland and Rodman is a PF not a SF.

I don't know, maybe.  The problem, though, is that Jackson has always had success with superstars who are self-motivated; Jordan, Kobe, and Shaq all had big egos, but there was no question that they wanted to win first and foremost.  I think there are legitimate questions about guys such as Vince, Arenas, etc.

I think your team could use some more defenders, and you need to find reliable backups at the 2/3 (which I'm sure you already know).  A post player who can consistently create his own offense wouldn't hurt.

It's defenders to put around Howard that I think should be the priority, though.  Old Bird + Reggie is a fairly weak defensive 2/3, and neither Johnson nor Manning is outstanding.

I think you've got great talent at every position, I just don't think your team has quite the ceiling of Golden State or Utah in the West (i.e., those teams have Hall of Famers, and outside of Kobe, your team is borderline Hall of Fame candidates who just miss).

At this point, I'm not sure how to offer much more than a critique than that.  I like the foundation you're laying, I just think it may fall a step short.

The 76ers would love some feedback as well. The front office is trying hard but Billy King has a lingering influence.

Jersey? Any Feedback is welcome here, as well. Good thing is that we still have a few rounds to polish things up.

I like your team a lot, although I wasn't a huge fan of the Ceballos pickup (I think he would have been there later, even if I understand your motivation).  Obviously, right now you need some backup wings and another point guard or two.

I think your team is on the right track, even if I do have you quite a bit behind Milwaukee in the East.  (No slight against your team, I just think the Bucks are the best team put together thus far.)

I love your starting front court, and you may have the best defensive team in the draft right now.  I think you reached for a few guys (Wallace, Iggy), so right now my advice would be to infuse your team with top line talent.  I'd probably adopt the "best player available" approach for a few rounds.

TP Thanks Roy. The front office values your input. We have the second pick today and have a number of options to solidify our backup 1/2/3s.

As for the Ceballos pickup, after Larry Nance I was worried there'd be a run in former Dunk Champions.  :P
