  • You know my methods, Watson.
Charles doesn't say anything positive about the celtics, only negative things about the cavs.
he's so biased.

I wonder if Charles sees some of himself in Lebron.

Hmm.

Maybe he's just hungry.

Funny you typed that...  I was just thinking how the two of them could have a similar career path when it's all said and done: always a bridesmaid but never a bride...

When Barkley retired, didn't he say he thought Boston had the best fans?

I vaguely recall something like that. I think this Big 3 era has soured a lot of people of the Cs and their fans.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Love seeing barkley look like a chump for staying on Lebron's nuts non stop during the season.

THIS Celtics defense tonight made LeBron look like Kobe in the 2008 Finals.....CONFUSED and TIMID.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Everybody was excellent on D today. The starters (esp Pierce, KG and Perk) but also TA, Sheed, Baby--rotations were all excellent, fouls when necessary, great hustle all over the court. Awesome.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."
