Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

*cupping ear* What? I'm sorry, what?
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

I hope we wrap this thing up in 6 games. How sweet it is to make what could possibly be Lebron's last game in Cleveland a massacre.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Let the record show that the Celtics have shown *way* more heart than the Cavs in this series. I know they were frustrating to watch this year, but this is a team full of fighters, not front-runners. This series has (so far) shown the difference between the two.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Ok, finally starting to breath a little easier. Woosh.

Nice to hear Jackie Mac get a shout out for her award winning ways.

If I were a Cav fan and knew there was some possibility that this could be LeBron's last game at home of the season, and thus pre-free agency, I am not leaving this game early. I am doing all I can to let him know as a city we are still behind him and want him back. Kind of surprising.
I was thinking the same thing.  if you've got a great player that might leave after this game, how do you not stick around to at least cheer him for his efforts for your team and to encourage him to return.  Guess that's why they're not Celtic fans!

Time for Nate to jack up some 3's. Boy do I miss Eddie at times like this.

I saw a lot of Celtics fans talk about how the team was losing in the regular season because it was "saving energy." I laughed then. Now I feel like the guys in the Monty Python movie whose boat fell off the edge of the Earth.

I'm not sure Cleveland is mentally strong enough to come back from this. We bury them Thursday night.

  • You know my methods, Watson.
Celtics fans boo...Cavs fans just leave.  Not sure which is worse. LOL!

Always nice when you can have a big ol' grin on your face watching a lineup of Nate, TA, Quisy, Sheldon, Perk.  ;D

Great, Great, D tonight. Controlled the boards, huge.

I now, finally, feel comfortable saying, great win. TP's for all!
