Well, first off Congrats to any CLE fans here - your team came out ready tonight.

As for The Celtics - we just didn't match their intensity, especially on the defensive end. I'm not sure if we just believed that CLE would keel over after Game 2, but we just didn't match their intensity.

We picked it up, at least offensively, in the 2nd qtr.

Game 4 Sunday! Let's even this up, C's! Series is far from over. Only way to go is up after this one.

So what did the cavs shoot in the third?

My new puppy.  Or maybe it just feels like it.

LOL TP. Feels like I'm watching a defenseless three legged puppy who accidentally stumbled into Vick's old home. And I only started watching the 3rd quarter I didn't even see.

What puppy did you get?
Sorry for delayed response, was out switching cars with a friend.  I have no new puppy.   :'(  Maybe for game 4.

LOL OK. That's good. My heart was breaking thinking of your poor little puppy being forced to watch the carnage we just saw tonight.

I think the word the cool kids would use to describe tonight is "craptastic."

PP looks like he did when he was working his way back from the injuries...wow...this one certainly was ugly

He looked 40 years old, it was actually kinna sad (the way he was moving) seeing him trying to guard James. Same for Ray. If Lebron turns it up and stays as aggressive as he was today its going to be hard to beat them.

thoroughly disgusting effort.

Case in point why this team cannot start out chucking up jumpers to begin a game.  Need to drive to the hoop from the start.

PP killed us on offense.  Ray wasn't much better.

Is it just me or did it seem like Leon produced better stats than Sheed?

what is it....you are never as good as you think and you are never as bad as you think....game was lost in the first 11 minutes when the Cs refused to fight back from lebrick's barrage

I think Bron's effectiveness had a lot to do with him hitting almost everything he threw up at the rim

I believe the Cavs had ZERO confidence....then Danny threw that towel in the air to show them up---I cringed when he did that.

I am sorry but that is asinine. The Celtics have played horribly tonight, the towel had NOTHING (to use the caps you love) to do with it. Really.

Bad D and poor rebounding, Cavs hitting everything, C's missing some makeable shots early. That was the story tonight.

Sunday is another day. Guess what? We blew out the Cavs in game 2. They blow us out in game 4.

I don't understand saying how people say they give up on this team entirely after tonights game. We dominated game 2. That doesn't cease to exist as proof of how we can play after a dissapointing game tonight. Just as those being too positive can't cherrypick their examples neither can the too pessimistic cherrypick and deny game 2.

It's my theory---and I'm sticking to it....you NEVER want to fire up a confused team.

Well, more power to you. If that is what you think was the difference in the game, and you think Danny tossing a towel in the air fired up the Cavs, well, we have very different concepts of NBA basketball.

A frustrating viewing experience. ugh. At least I can go see The Clean and hopefully have some of the finest New Zealand music wake me from the doldrums of this game.

I still believe.

agreed.  they couldn't miss tonight.  granted a lot of open shots but still, normally not all of those would go in

If you look at each quarter breakdown, the C's played them pretty close during the 2nd, 3rd, and the 4th (we did lose all of those quarters, but by 3pts, 3pts, and 4pts respectively). So I don't think they quit after the first 11mins, they just dug themselves into deep of a hole to get out of.

At least, the ElbowGate should stop now. NO more elbow talk.

Are you kidding me? Tomorrow's headlines are gonna read: "Despite shattered elbow, LeBron drags his team to a crushing victory over the geriatric Celtics!"

yes... you are probably right, but in the few minutes I watched, LeCrab played at full throttle, and trying to get the triple-double. Disgusting how the Celtics allowed him to put the complete show, playing hard, getting the calls, complaining to the refs... and still he will get the Elbow beats the Evil Old Green story in the media.

I love the Celtics, we will overcome on Sunday.

on to #18, a por el #18. Go Bruins!!!!
