I don't mind the 4 days off, it benefits our team because of our age, and benefits LeBron too unfortunately, but since the news of Perk and KG getting injured the rest helped and now it looks like they'll be good to go for tmrw night.

Even though I don't mind the four days off for the sake of rest for our team I am itching for the game to come.  I can't wait for tmrw night!

I have the feeling this will the worst officiated game of the season. The league will need to step up the calls for Lebron to protect their investment. Celtics are probably going to have to win 2 games @Cleveland. Sucks, but that's how the Cavs get officiated. Go Cs!

This game is important. If we win we take from them their belief they can win the series.  Go Celtics! ;D

Definitely a big game tonight... if we win we gain even more momentum and kind of shock them, if we lose the pressure is on us to win game 4 knowing we would have to steal another one in Cleveland... big game indeed.

I was feeling kind of worried about the team's spirit for tonight, fearing they would come flat and uninspired like they've done so many times this season at home but they've been really good in Boston during the playoffs. Plus I think they definitely have regained their swagger back and they know what's a stake... not to mention the crowd will be on fire tonight, with the towel incident and the "elbow" story.

I expect the Garden to be as loud as ever. The C's will have to expect a big effort from the Cavs and a big game from LeBron, they will have to punch back and be stronger.

Definitely excited about this one, can't wait till tipoff.

TP FL and let's go Celtics!!

i think we can expect james to come out aggressive and trying to take the game over from the tip. that might help or hurt the cavs. i still would rather take jamison and williams out and let james try to be hero.

boston needs to not turn the ball over. play good defense and HUSTLE. i expect we see the bench do very well tonight. i am just going to say i think finley has some key buckets tonight.

i also expect we see james on rondo at some point..which would free up ray on mo and PP on parker

Yeah ... (I know it was meant as a joke), I heard that it seriously may be much worse than what they're saying ... that he was advised not to play. Problem is, it could so easily be a smoke-screen, and there's just no way of knowing for sure. The Celts have to prepare for him at his best ... it's really the only safe way to go.

Hey Bahku,
Just wondering, where'd you hear that?  I watched espn this morning where he finally admitted that the elbow is bothering him and that when its hurting its changes what he does out on the floor, but I didn't hear anything about how he shouldn't play.  If that's true than he's an even bigger beast than I imagined considering how flawlessly he was hitting some of those outside shots against us in game 1.

i don't know about you guys, but i hope Lebron is NOT hurt.  All that does is illegitimize any series win we might get.  Let him effing shut up and play, and we'll kick their asses straight up on the court.

TP to FLCeltsFan for Post!

And TP to muddy02, lol. I understand your frame of thought.

I've had to endure random classmates and other folks telling me how 2007-2008 would've been different if Franken-Bynum wasn't injured for LA.

It is like Lebron is being given a free ride here - we beat them fair and square, and either way he wins.

I blame ESPN and TNT more than him, though.

I will only get three hours of sleep (barring overtime, which would cut it down to 2.5 hours) tonight because the pretty one is going to work tomorrow and I have to take care of our son on my own, but I have to watch this. When he gets his nap, so will I. Like I told dark_lord, these are the playoffs, no excuses!  ;D

Go Boston!
