Sweeped the Bobcats.

Up 40 against the Hawks.

Does Orlando scare you? Can Perkins still contain Howard? Just thinking out loud, of course us or the Magic havent advanced yet.

Honestly, I think we match up better against Orlando than Atlanta.  I'm not even thinking that far ahead though.

They don't necessarily scare me, but they're an excellent team that would make a formidable opponent next round.  Still, I think we're better when we play up to full capacity.

Right, one thing ive been really happy to see and its been excellent is our perimiter defense. Which is crucial against Orlando.

If Boston can beat Cleveland, they can beat anyone. There's no a team in this tournament that is scary good and if you can beat the Cavs, the team I think is the best left, the rest should be beatable as well.

They're better than Cleveland, at least they are right now. Cleveland fans seem pretty angry at how passive their team has been, not just the first couple of games of this series, but even against Chicago. While Orlando looks like they're on a mission. I think they're deeper and more talented than Cleveland, and they're certainly better coached.

If we make it through to face them, I think whoever wins will take whatever team comes out of the west.

  • Thank you Eddie!
The winner of Hawks-Bucks was always going to be way overmatched against Orlando anyway, so don't go calling them NBA champions because of this.  I just didn't expect it to be so bad for ATL that the series would be over after game 1.  I think you can say that the Cavs got unlucky because the Celtics didn't try for the 3-seed.

if for no other reason than dwight howard.. what is the one thing that people say win in this league?  a defensive post-presence.  i know perk has handled him before, but honestly he scares me a lot more than 'bron does, or anyone else for that matter

More than Cleveland.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Not remotely ... no other team scares me. Do they scare the Celtics? I doubt that any other team scares them, either, though I'm quite sure they respect them a great deal. This Celtics team, if it's healthy and playing it's best ball, can beat anyone ... period.

Nope. Nyet. Negatory. No.

As long as we put forth the effort as a team like we've been doing the last couple of weeks, no one should scare us.
