Can they keep up the shooting? if the percentage start to slip, Cavs will be running for easy buckets.

Random prediction:

Rondo will score at least 15 points in the second half.

Yea, he's going to be more aggressive going to the basket I think.

How does Clev engineer these remarkable comebacks?...REFS REFS REFS-- who NEVER call anything against them on defense...C's should once again be up by like 15-20 points...but the refs REFUSE to call fouls on the Cavs.....I'm DVR-ing this game, and I counted about 6 times the whistle SHOULD have been blown---but, it's a PLAY ON in Cleveland-!!

Refs living down to expectations so far. At the half the Cavs have shot 18 free throws to 5 for the Celtics (and one of those was on a defensive 3 second call). The Celtics have got to keep their focus and not expect any calls from the refs. They must keep their aggressiveness in spite of being in foul trouble. The NBA has become a joke when you can predict ahead of time that one team or the other is going to have a huge advantage from the refs and then watch it happen.

on the bright side, Rasheed finally made it to the party. The Celtics are doing quite well to be up 4 in spite of playing 5 on 8 for the entire first half and to already have 13 less free throws than the Cavs. And they weren't just settling for jumpers. I hope that the Celtics keep up their aggression and make those refs give them some calls.

honestly we should just go chicago bulls style; high pick and roll with rondo or spread out and let him create.  everytime we do that we get a good shot.  i hate PP handling the ball outside.

We also need something from KG.  i love the guy but he is getting killed by jemison and varajeo.  hope he'll have a big second half.

ps.  you guys talking about the refs are blind.  Cs are paying so much attention to lebron that everyone is open inside.  they have no choice but to foul.  refs are not affecing this game, i'm sorry.

Charles Barkley is really using his championship experience to judge the playoff landscape... oh wait the only thing he ever won was the Olympics and that a LITTLE different when you have like 14 HOF players on your team.

we need to keep attacking the paint. if the FT disparity continues, so be it. force the issue and make it painfully obvious how overly-biased the refereeing has been in this series. and we might as well hit their guys hard more often - if we get called for touching them, we might as well make it count.

james won't have a total of 6 fouls this entire series. yet he can bulldoze his way all over the court...yeah a 6'8 280 pound guy never fouls. PP and KG will get their 4th fouls within 5 minutes of the start of the third quarter. the refs are taking PP right out of this series because they call everything on him

cavs hack and get turnovers off it..boston plays defense and gets a foul called. this game and series is fixed.

So far, it's going according to Cavs scenario in most of their games against us - C's leading by a small margin at the half, while the Cavs making a run in the second half. Hopefully, we can change this pattern tonight, but with this home refereeing, I'm not utterly optimistic.

Crucial half upcoming.  C's must play with supreme energy.    Fouls be [dang]ed, the C's must tough this half out.

Come on Celtice -- stick it to these guys!!!  Let's GO!!

Rasheed has a pulse. Who knew?

You see it in his eyes. Sheed looks sharp, please keep it up.

I've been liking that pick and pop with Pierce for the top three pointer.

  • Thank you Eddie!
Expect this to be remembered as the first-ever 5 on 8 NBA playoff series if it goes 7 somehow.
