I don't know if I can watch this anymore. Shades of Kings vs Lakers. Wow, I don't even know why I'm so surprised! Thanks D Stern for ruining the NBA! Wow! is all I have to say!!!

What does that even mean? The cavs took advantage of the celtics lack of sticking with a game plan and their lack of enthusiasm. They were in coast mode tonight after they had a lead. Same ole story.

Donaghy was on Celtic Pride this morning and said this would happen. :-[

Just stop it. This thread is beyond absurd.

The officials had nothing to do with this loss. The loss belongs in the mirror of each and every Celtic, who weren't intelligent enough to stick with a game plan that worked TO THE LETTER in the first half.

We didn't deserve to win. Period. The officials had nothing whatsoever to do with it. The mods need to subtract 100 Tommy Points from anyone who even approaches agreement with the thesis of this thread.

  • LETS DO IT AGAIN!
Rondo and 1 against Mo, nope offensive foul. Then Mo goes on the run.

Paul...going to the hole....vrs Shaq and then Lebron, contact-contact-contact!
Paul should have been shooting FT

Refs are garbage so far....

Perkins was GARBAGE too, so we should have won by 10.
Perk couldn't do anything positive, so I blame DOC AND PERK

  • Thank you Eddie!

Yep, Donaghy may be a scumbag, but after tonight, he absolutely has credibility.  And for the love of God, I will not argue this right now.  I'm not in the mood.

We kept driving and getting hit but no calls came. You can't expect players to risk there health and career on plays that aren't going to be called. Rondo was nailed so many times. Too many BS calls for me. That charge on Rondo's lay up... I could mention 30 bad calls noncalls... it's just BS....

Are you [misguided], in denial or a Cavs fan? All three seem completely plausible. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though and assume you didn't actually watch the game.
There is no need to use the word 'retarded', or to disparage another user for an opinion.

You are so wildly far off-base that I'm not going to waste any further time with this absurd thread.

Let's just be clear about this: I disagree totally, entirely and strongly with you and any other poster who foolishly attempts to alibi this loss away on the officiating. It's just nonsense.

The Celtics were horrid - absolutely terrible - in the second half. Period.

Now, you can return to your excuses.

Thats's exactly what I feared before this series and I don't expext it to get better, especially in away games. That's just how the league is these days.
