Wow ... it would be a shame to lose that way ... I hope the Danes can pull out the win.

I am not impressed by Holland. Everyone here in Denmark thought we would get a beating, except maybe me. And then it took an own goal to put Holland ahead. Oh well. At least my Celtics won :-)

I actually feel good about that second goal. It would have been a total bummer to lose on an own goal. We can still win against Japan and Cameroon and I think we will. I hope some of you guys will root for us, like Bahku -thanks, bro.

TP to ease the pain, Bro ... I think we really dominated the first half, and had some great chances. They just looked a bit shaken in the second, like that fluke goal took the wind out of their sails. I think Camaroon and Japan will be ours for the taking.

I have to say that the African pride is high.  Watching the World Cup Concert and the opening ceremonies, seeing all the people so pumped, it def seems that this is not just South Africa's WC but Africa's.

However, I would say that I am a bit disappointed with the African Americans here in the States.  This is a chance for guys like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and black celebrities like Kanye West to really be involved and express black pride.  Considering that Africa is where it all began, this is a great moment since this is basically the first major global event held in Africa (as far as I know).

Sorry ACF but I´m very happy with the win of my Dutch team. Playing this bad and still coming away with 3 points. Great start for us. I don´t know how you feel about the play of your team but there was no way the Danes deserved to win this game. In the first half they did reasonably well but in the second half they were not dangerous anymore. I hope you guys will win the next two games and proceed into the next round! Good luck to you guys.

You are the better team, I'll admit that. I just didn't think you were especially impressive. We played just like I thought we would. Our problem is, we do not have good enough strikers or at least they were left off the WC squad. Tomasson was hurt and so was Bendtner (which is why he only played around 60 mins). Gronkjaer should be playing in the starting lineup but Olsen is (sadly) known for never straying too far from what he has done in the previous match.

Good luck to you, too. You should advance with no problems at all.

Not nice in my bet book.
