Actually I'm a tad surprised he doesn't do it seeing as how there's no dna evidence he even did this and seeing as there are no witnesses.

Yet another interesting part is that his 2 bodyguards were off duty police. Hard for me to believe that these trained offices didn't notice that something happened. Weren't they suposed to be watching over him. When I read that a professional player raped a 20 year old woman in a bar bathroom, and again not the first time he's been accused of sexual assult, and it two cops that pretty much guarded the door I have to assume a cover up when there are no charges. While some of you might blame her for being drunk, I think there are quite a few young women who would be fasinated in hanging out and drinking with a pro quarterback. That does not make it okay to take her into a bathroom and have sex with her. As far as I'm conserned charges should also be brought on the two bodyguards if what the other girls say is true.

Sure its male dominated but you said it didnt go both ways and it does.  Another reason why its male dominated is because of the way the law is written.  say both parties are drunk and consent while intoxicated.  If the drunk woman says she was raped, she was raped, if the drunk guy says he was raped he wasnt.
