Again tommorow is game 5. I'm wondering how are we going to defend Nelson and the Zebras?

this is better suited for the game threads in "celtics talk", this thread is usually playoffs in general aside from the c's

Oh! sorry I'm just amped up to hear what we need to do to pull it out. Sorry.

Hey, CF ... no need to apologize, as this is a perfectly fine question for this thread ... maybe "better suited" in the game threads, but still perfectly acceptable. I don't think we can do too much about the zebras, but defending Jameer will have a lot to do with how TA's ankle is, and how Rondo's dealing with the back spasms. The combination of Tony on defense and Rage on BOTH ends, is usually a bit too much for Nelson to feel comfortable with. Here's hoping our boyz are feeling good! (Crosses fingers, throws salt over shoulder, knocks on wood). ;)

I would love to see Phil Jackson throw a curveball into that series.

Pull out Fisher and throw someone with alot of speed into the starting lineup, see what that does to the zone.

Dont get me wrong, im rooting for the suns but when im watching the bastketball thats not the Celtics, im a basketball fan first and i would love to see that series take another 180 turn.

Balls in Phil Jacksons court, they were lucky not to have gotten completly blown out, allthough i think that would have been better when you think about the outcome of the game.

That's a panic move. When you're the better team, and the Lakers are, you have to remain steadfast and trust that you're good enough.

I know Gentry plans to keep using the zone but I hope he has a plan B on hand tomorrow. And yes I thought it wouldn't work again in Game 4 and it did but I have to wonder how long they can continue to exploit that.

And the Suns have tied the series. Couldn't have predicted that.

This Suns team reminds me more of a college team than anybody I've seen in a long while.  They really seem to have terrific chemistry.  Hope they can pull it off against LA.

Not sure why the game thread is locked, but anyway .... we were out-rebounded tonight by 17 ... that's not gonna get it done.

Kobe Bryant is still the best player in the NBA despite all the years and the wear and tear. Why hasn't he broken down like so many other guys in the league as long as he has played?

Now the Suns playing their "excellent" west coast defense. Kobe unconscious shooting 3 straight 3's and the Lackers up by double digits.

Lakers in 6. Tomorrow is the game, Celtics

ups... Suns within 6 after a big run to close the 3rd. They were trailing by 18.

If they are able to run, watch out, they could steal it. I don't think they'll win. Lackers are a better team and as much as I hate them, they can play some defense, unlike the Suns.

Los Soles are fun to watch, however.

Yeah it's looking like one of those can't get over the hump games. When they get close then the lead stretches out again. They closed the last two quarters on nice little runs but the slow starts are hurting them. Their bench is starting to look a little alive though.

Interesting finish to this game ...

That was a pretty amazing pass by Nash to Stoudemire with the shot clocking winding. It didn't seem like he had enough space to wrap that pass around, looked like a travel waiting to happen.

Fisher has hit a couple of big shots here. He is shooting the ball so much better in the postseason than he did during the regular season.

nice... 3 point game and Suns ball after a long 2 by Fisher.

Thinking about conspiracy and all, we would root for Lackers, but is a lot of fun to see them losing their lead.

Lackers choke? not happening
