Yep, that's why I think this series will go in 6 games.

Glad to see the Lakers getting crushed in OKC! Now the Thunder is heading back to LA feeling much more confident and with less pressure, an upset is really possible.

Don't the Lakers have Bynum back, as well? I don't know if that's saying the Lakers aren't healthy or if they're declining or what, but I don't see the Lakers repeating this year.

Or maybe Durant is just that good. I don't know, but he's a joy to watch. Ever since he was at Texas and on ESPN weekly he's been incredible.

What's Interesting is that I just spent a few minutes on Silver Screen and Roll. They are certainly concerned over there, but not in panic mode (Yet).

They have an interesting Fanpost about Kobe. In it, there is a poll about Kobe's play, and whether Age is a factor with him or injuries.

My thing is this: Kobe is maybe 1 year or a few months  younger than Pierce? And has as many miles on his legs as KG?

I didn't want to break the sad news to them, but I'd say both age and injuries are affecting him.

That's probably the main reason why I want LA and Boston, One More Time, in June. In the end, if Boston can make it to June, and LA isn't there, I certainly won't be upset, but both of our teams windows are closing.

I'd give Boston this year and Next. LA - About the same, IMO?

And they are not 100% sure that Phil will be back, either.

Not really.  Our losses were close games.  They are getting blasted on the road.  And for us, it was only in the early rounds.  Against the better teams, we did win on the road.  They are not beating any teams on the road.

Agreed (TP) ... not remotely the same, IMO. Our losses were at least a contest, but the disparity between the Hawks' road games and what they do at home could not be at further ends of the scale ... they play like two completely different teams.

After losing the first two games, Oklahoma would need to win 4 out of 5 to knock the Lakers out. I don't see that happening.

I think the Thunder can make individual games a dogfight and they can win a couple of them ... and if things go great, they may have just pulled out a series victory. But that is four out of seven and still the underdog at that.

Oklahoma has some good matchup advantages but they aren't strong enough to get them four wins out of five against this Lakers team.
2 out of 3 to go.

Yeah, that's how I see it.  They have to win 4 out of 7 games total, and 2 out of 3.  4 out of 5 disappeared as soon as they won their two home games.

Now, can the Thunder win 2 out of 3 games, when two are on the road?  It's hard to say, but I like their chances better than I did a couple nights ago.
The odds of LA losing 2 out of 3 to the same team are much less when they have already lost 2 straight games to that team + when considering there isn't much separating the two sides.

It is a four out of five situation. Even if the first two games are down. It still that.

The Thunder!!!!!!!!! I love this.

Reminds me of the Rockets series last year. If the Thunder can steal one in LA, this series could be the downfall of LAL!!!

I wouldn't count on it.  However, the Lakers look very mortal.  The Spurs have looked like the best team in the West....or, dare I say it, the undermanned Jazz.  Now that Roy is back for Portland I have no idea who will win that series.  Still, I feel confident that somebody other than the Lakers will be in the Finals - hopefully against the Celtics (or at worst the Magic).

A Spurs/Celtics Final would go a long way in proving that the regular season really doesn't matter.

Lebron to the locker room in the Cavs-Bulls game.

Could be an interesting development.

And he's already back.  Couldn't be too serious.

Bulls holding their own.  Showing some resiliency.  Made some mistakes on the offensive end and could easily be up by 5+.

Cavs shifted into another gear the last 6 minutes or so of the 2nd quarter.

Not liking the Bulls chances anymore.

Middle of the 3d quarter. Lebron almost with a triple double already and the Cavs have 20 point lead  :(
