I'm going to put on my positive-hat. If the C's didn't care about this game, why should we? Some positives:

-We didn't get too banged up tonight, since no one was driving to the basket, fighting through picks, or fighting for loose balls. On the other spectrum, look at what happened to Toronto, Milwaukee...

-Bench played ok.

-If it's all about health of the team and the team indeed can just "turn it on," then why does it matter if we get the 4th seed?

-Both Allens are looking good right now.

-Rondo was really bad tonight. He can't play worse than he played today.

If you hate this team and they suck so much thendon't watch them then, and don't be a fan of them.

Obviously I don't mean that, because ik anyone on here loves the C's, but it does hurt to see Celtics fans say they hate them and that they suck, even though tonights game and since Christmas we have been playing pretty bad.

Blow me---I been watching EVERY game forever-!

Calm. Please. Both of you.

Everyone has a right to be upset tonight. The Knicks stink. They play no defense, and they chuck up shots from forever. We should've Rodney King'd them by 30 and been been talking about tomorrow's game by the 4th quarter.

And, for both of your sakes, I hope we kill tomorrow night...

I'd like to set the over-under at 6.5 bud lights.

Yeah, that was pretty bad.  Even if he thinks it is going out he still should sprint and go get it and make sure it does go out off the Knicks if he doesn't get the rebound.

This will be a fun place to be at come playoff time. First sign of a lapse, a game thread like this will be upside down. I can't wait.  :D

horrible display, particularly the end.  Absolute disgraceful performance from a team that considers itself a contender.

Just so that I have this straight, as I recall from 2 years ago, Danny traded away our youth for vets because young players don't know how to win games and need time to learn how to play the game.  Hmmmm, we now have a team of vets that don't know how to win games and apparently need some time to learn how to play the game PLUS they show no heart or effort when losing.

How is this an improvement?  Was a single title worth sinking this team for another 2 years ( and most likely more) before we can legitimately talk title contention again?
