Who is our most important bench player?...The Need for.......

I have to go with Glen Davis. He is our most consistent scorer, rebounder, defensive presence off the bench. Consistently good for whatever he is called to do. Team player and good chemistry with the starters.

I can't decide. The bench has a someone different steps up every night thing going on. Which isn't too bad now that I think about it. Makes good use of our versatility.

Tony might be this year's most consistent bench player.

Baby might be this bench's most outstanding bench player.

Shelden or Finley might be this bench's most surprising bench player.

But the most important bench player without a doubt is Rasheed. He may not have had a great year or shot well or hustled to his fullest this year, but going forward, his experience, interior defense and winning attitude will make him a difference maker in the playoffs and I am convinced that without him, KG would have been overused and not at the same point in his rehab that he is now. Those points make him the most important.

Rasheed Wallace is hands down our most important bench piece.  If he shows up and plays his game, he definitely has the most impact.  The question is not "best" or anything other than "most important".  With either KG or Perkins coming out of the game, it is vital in the playoffs that we have a big man come in who can continue the play of great defense and potential offense.  Rasheed CAN do that when he puts his mind to it.

which he will... i know it goes against everything we want to believe, but it's kind of understandable that a guy like Rasheed gets bored with the regular season.
