Just broke up with my girlfriend and have no time to find a new one because I'm working 60 hours a week and watching my Celtics.

My fiancee just said "As if the shows I watch actually has anything to do with how much time you spend on your blog."
Hahahaha, one nil for the fiancee :)

When was the big day again? And where? At what time are we supposed to arrive? ;)

October 23, in northern / western Maine.  It's going to be really small, though, so sadly the Celticsblog contingent will be limited.

That'd go over big Roy.  Honey, I invited 3000 friends from CelticsBlog.  I haven't ever really met them before but they promised me they'd behave themselves.

How could she resist when I show up with this as a gift!

I actually did just order these Celtic slippers the other day too lol.

This is hilarious. Just yesterday I went to lay down on the couch and my girlfriend had 20 minutes of Shear Genius (terrible) left to watch. I said, okay I am going on CB then. I was on for 1.5 hours. Of course she watched more crappy TV.

On the bright side, my girlfriend LOVES the Celtics too so shell watch any game with me.

My wife only watches the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.), Food Network, HGTV, and the occasional re-run of Sex and the City. I won't say that I enjoy watching what she does, but it is so much better than than that reality show junk. I am very thankful for that. Plus, given the limited amount of time she actually spends watching TV, I have no excuse for my excessive time on C-Blog.
“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010

My anorexic wife won't stop watching Biggest Loser.  Hate that show.
I couldn't tell if this was a smart [pants] comment, cynical, or just twisted. Either way I gave you a TP.

There's a couple shows she watches that I can stand for about 20 minutes and then it starts to die.

Like Desperate Housewives

Cougartown

I love the Office, but I feel like it's become a parody of itself.  At this point anything absurd could happen. Michael could buy a nuclear bomb on the black market because he thinks it will make corporate fear him and give him a promotion, while NASA mistakenly accepts Dwight's application as an astronaut and .....you see where I'm going with this

Love the Big Bang Theory but it's on at the same time as a show my wife likes so i'm screwed

I'm very supportive of her watching cooking shows cause I always come out a winner

I know Fringe isn't reality. I just hate it.

The closest thing she ever watched to sports was the opening Olympic ceremonies, the Super Bowl, and Shaq Vs...which was depressingly hypnotic for anyone that had any idea what that show was about.

Roseanne and the Cosby show. She DVR's all of them and watches during her free time. Killing me...
