Another 17-7 run to start the quarter. Let's keep the momentum going this time. I had to pause the game for a bit and back to watching on delay and the lead goes back up to double digits. Coincidence?
Yes.

:p ;)

Might I add I also watched the Dallas game on delay?

So . . . maybe we test this theory on the home stand?  That's a pretty good sample!   ;)

If the Celtics go on a tear from now and roll through the playoffs on route to the championship you know who to thank  ;D

You know, there's a lot of us counting on you now!

Convincing win.  May not mean that #18 is locked up, but I think it also proves that rebuilding plans may be a bit premature.

Game MVP....Tony Allen because of his great defense on Billups and Anthony that allowed Pierce and Rondo to play others on the defensive end and save themselves. Oh and he was fantastic in the transition game as well.

I always wonder what Ray's man is thinking when he sags off him.

OK Rondo's rebounding numbers are ridiculous.

So, haters, did TA play well enough for you tonight?

In fact, I can't remember the last time he had a bad game.

Amazing how well we're playing with KG AND Ray having off-shooting nights.  Good team effort.

Despite Pierce's big game, this team goes as Rondo goes. The team plays well when Rondo dishes out the dimes.

Agreed.  We caught Denver in a pretty bad spot between the back-to-back, the Martin injury, and Karl being out.  But we played very impressively despite some sketchy officiating, and responded to a run by bearing down and rebuilding our lead.  Loved this win - it really looks like we're turning the corner.

Also nice to see a game where Rondo AND the Big Three all play well.  Too often this year (when all have been on the court together, which unfortunately has been too little), it's been one or the other having good games.

Hopefully they continue to function well together.  I think too many "experts" forgot that Rondo's coming out party last playoffs came without KG and that there hasn't been much time for the "new" Rondo to play with all 3 member of the Big Three.

Excellent start to the homestand. Now let's keep the blowout against losing teams streak alive against the Kings on Friday.
Booooo Orlando. Go Spurs!

TA hate is SO Summer '09.  Speaking as someone who would've traded him for a nickel and a wish at the time.
