I just noticed that Rondo had a triple double by checking the boxscore!
I missed the last minutes of the game because the broadcast on League Pass was terrible and the game was in the bag but wow, this is the most quiet and discret triple double I've ever seen. I knew Rondo was the MVP of the game but still, didn't notice his stats. Great job Rajon!
It definitely was this quietest one I've seen from him. The boxscore was quite enlightening. Other things I learned:
Scal has dropped out of the active rotation and I did not even notice (Forgive me Scal) Forgot the Fin signing made someone the odd man out.
KG had 20 FG attempts. And we shot 22.2% from 3. And Rondo grabbed 6! offensive rebounds.
We fouled a lot - The refs were sketchy at some point but I have the sense and I'm too lazy to look up the stats that our opponents are taking more FTs than before. Defensive rotations look better lately so that's weird. Probably my imagination.
The Denver bigs were worse than I thought. Anderson playing injured with Martin out has to hurt. Hope the players and their coach will get fully healthy very soon.
The starters played even less minutes than I thought. Good job Doc!
