Still don't need MOSS? Wes Welker is nothing without MOSS

This is not a Randy Moss issue.  Welker is coming back from a serious knee injury.  He's lost a step and won't get it back for another next year.  (See Kevin Garnett for proof.)

Welker being double teamed is completely opening things up for Danny Woodhead.

If you think the reason the Pats lost today's game is b/c of Moss then I don't know what to tell you... But I think Moss was a very small portion IMHO.

Special teams and all of the WR's were pretty bad today.  Brady wasn't exactly on his game either.  Gronkowski sucked hard, which not only took a sure TD from the pats at the end of the 2nd quarter, but also prevented some key 1st downs.  All in all I don't think they did 1 thing well, so I'm not surprised by the outcome.  They should be fine the rest of the year though.

Did anyone else see the Browns offensive coordinator going completely crazy like he had won the superbowl?  The guy is a spaz.  And honestly, if today's win is all that you could imagine accomplishing, then you're likely to be stuck in mediocrity.  It's one thing to be happy & celebrate, but you should have your sights set higher.

Losses are to be expected by this young team.  I'll take it, so long as there is learning.  Plus, against Mangini, you know its just got to be under BB's skin and I hope will motivate him to have the team learn from this and do better in the future.

This was defenses inability to stop the run, and mistakes in every other phase of the game.  We didn't play well enough to win, but our team was certainly good enough to win.

The Sunday night game against Pittsburgh is going to be tough, especially with Brady a bit banged up, new kicker, and.... Pittsburgh's tough defense.

Anybody else out there watching this one against the Steelers? Should be a tough game for the Pats to win, especially without the deep threat. Gotta contain Big Ben and come up with some Special Teams play.

20th in offense and 21st in defense, yet we're six and two ... amazing.
