That TD was way too easy ... like I said, the defense makes one good play to every three lousy ones ... not enough!

BG-E almost broke that one ... he's been very effective today.

This will be reviewed, I think ... still a TD, though.

If this gets reversed -- I think they might run the clock down and go for it on 4th rather than kick FG.  Worst case MN has the ball on the <1 with a little more than 1 minute to go and no TOs -- also going against the wind so they'd need to get to the 25 to have a shot.

Nice win ... best record! I think Favre has a mandibular fracture ... you can tell by the way they were holding it.

Nice to get the W.
Nice to see McCourty improve from game to game.
Pats have a very solid young defense that is only getting better.

Yeah ... they're making their share of rookie mistakes, but experience will straighten that out, as they're very talented. Hard to believe that we have the best record in the NFL!

In other "around the NFL" news, that first round pick from Oakland isn't going to be as good as I thought it would be.....

... for the time being.  I'll take all the Ws, but I like it when the Pats fly under the radar.

Oh, they're a long ways from being considered the best team, but I think they're still over-achieving at this point, and that's a good thing.

I'm with you.

BTW, how about Myron Pryor's hit on Favre?  I thought he broke his jaw, but reports say "lacerations"

Which is a fancy way of saying "a cut."  What a pansy.

But I suppose that's what you get when you don't train for the season and come into training camp with less muscle mass than me.
