Awesome first half. This team is looking like the pre-Christmas team.

Yea we are. It's encouraging to say the least.

Agreed.  I was critical of the pessimists on this board, so I'm certainly not going to proclaim that this team is back.  But it's very encouraging to see this team getting back to what it used to.  It is also going a long way in proving that a little continuity in terms of roster/rotation may have been exactly what this team needed.

The team is looking great in the past few games against mediocre opponents.

While that is undoubtedly encouraging given the team's struggles against some weak teams this season, I won't really be convinced until they play at this level against a decent team.

19 point lead doesn't matter...Bill Walker had 4 points and started.  We're doomed!

i just got on line.

just glanced at the box score.

boston is handing nyk their collective butts, which is very very good.

and walker seems to be just a tad below the average of his first few games in ny.

please save me some time so i do not have to go through the many pages of this thread and let me know briefly how many "walker never got a chance in boston, we should have kept him..dang you doc" posts there are so far.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Can't believe that the Knicks best player is a player they are going to have to renounce. If I'm right I think he's like a $14 million cap hold if they don't and that would severely limit their ability to sign two max free agents.

Can you imagine having to renounce a really good guy both on and off the court that is a 20/10 guy because you can't get rid of and have to keep Eddie Curry? Only the Knicks!!

Yea, good way to look at it. I've been living in NY so I've been able to see him a lot. Classy guy off the court and a very tough player. Like his game and hustle a lot. He just needs a real center and actual talent to play with. I hope he finds a nice fit this summer.

Well, coming up they will face the Rockets, Mavs, Jazz, Nuggets, Spurs, and Thunder followed by the Rockets again and then the Cavs.

It's gonna be tough.  If they win the majority of those games, I will feel VERY good about the post-season.  If they only manage to win a couple of those games...not so much.

Hey, I can't see the game here in Texas (going to Dallas Sat.!!).  I see the score, but could someone do a quick recap?

Who's guarding Harrington?  She should give BBD trouble on the perimeter...

What's the story with Toney Douglas?  Any reason for NY to be high on him?

KG's being aggressive on offense. Great to see. 16 points on 7/9 shooting.
