Sheed finish the quarter and the deficit goes from 2 to 8. Maybe you want to move your feet on D and run up and down the court. I am praying we just buy him out this offseason.  It has clearly not worked out.
ps just slapping at the ball is not defence.

I thought the cavs were supposed to be good. We've played poorly for 3 quarters and are still in the game.

Well... they're gonna win... again...

He doesn't even do that anymore. He just slaps the arms.

Sheed said the guys are bored, I want Doc to show how bored does it get on the bench.
Imagine being Tony Allen and being bored on the bench and watching guys being bored on the floor. It's mind blowing

I cant believe I wanted Sheed to start earlier this week. This is his worst performance of the year IMO and it is so glaring because KG is in foul trouble.

Really wish Sheed would invest a little extra in these games. The Celtics aren't that far away from the Cavs, in this game and overall in terms of talent.  KG and Rondo are both playing at high levels, Ray is returning to form, Pierce should soon.

The Cavs aren't in full gear. They haven't been since the Jamison trade. He has changed the dynamics of that squad. Still learning how to function together. Hurt further by the losses of Shaq + Ilgauskas.

Cleveland is there for the taking. Today. All Boston needs is a good performance.

and another thing. Why no effort to set up Quis and his mid-range game. he can stick those shots, given the chance.

Btw, agree Doc may be sticking overlong w/Rondo. Look Rondo-Roberstson  small-ball to start the 4th (lol).

Misses the technical. Typical.

Why on Earth are the Cavs playing in an arena run by 8-year-olds with a soundboard?

who was it that said on another thread that Sheed has poisoned this team with his "we'll start playing harder when the games count" attitude that he brought from detroit ?

might be a lot of truth to that - Sheed's basic nature just does not fit this team's former attitude - his combination of arrogance and laziness is the antithesis of what the "08 and '09 Celtics were all about.

Sheed is a matchup problem for the Cavs when they have their two big seven footers in the lineup ...

However, without Shaq + Ilgauskas, Sheed does not cause the Cavs any problems. Their other big men can neutralize him defensively.

Still only down 6 or so.. The Celtics can very well win this game if they do some of the following:

-Get defensive rebounds
-Don't let Marquis guard Lebron.. either Tony or Paul.
-Put the ball in the post
-Keep pushing the ball on offense
-Make an open 3 pointer
