Leon Powe doesn't look too good athletically yet ...

It's great to see his mind at work though. Direct. No fear. Right to your chest. Let me hit somebody type of basketball.

Somebody from the media needs to call out Perk when he gives another one of those " we need to do this better, etc. etc....". When is he going to take care of his own game?

Celts tie it up and just let cleveland get 6 cheap points while we give away crucial, difference making offensive possessions with turnovers.

this team is maddening to watch. i feel like i am trying to physically pull them thru while i watch a game like this one.

the cavaliers are doing all those little things that we did in '08 to win games.

Celts just have to work so hard to gain ground in a game like this and even when they do put the effort in, they don't always get the defensive stop or the made basket on offense - that type of frustration tends to sap a team's energy.

this team's style has always been a fragile one - even in '08 - they have to focus and work like hell to be successful - and to have to fight thru injuries and against younger legs on top of their grind-it-out style just makes it that much tougher mentally.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Just a maddening team to watch at times.

Lets go guys! We are going to win if we just stop turning it over!!!!!

And giving up offensive boards

Wow, big shock Varejao gets another offensive board! shocking, didn't see that one coming

So painful to watch.

Varejao = Athletic Big.

Athletic Big = Celtic Killer.

I wouldnt call him athletic. Just a hustle big. We are not hustling too much these days.

No, not yet.  We're saving it for the playoffs, don't you know?

A team cannot physicaly become this much worse at rebounding in a calender year. Its all about their hustle and heart and they dont have it when it comes to rebounding and boxing out.

Varejao has excellent mobility + good quickness.

Two qualities the Celtics big man rotation lacks.

I love Finley's rebounding so far. Great effort.

He's really trying to get involved on the backboards since joining the Celtics.

Hopefully, Finley will keep it up but I'm doubtful.
