Shelden is the same height as baby and is 40 pounds lighter. Not sure if he can play center. Maybe he can take some of Baby's minutes though.

What is the deal with Perk. It's got to the point where I'm going to be jumping up in down if he can put together a double double.

nobody is giving easy passes to perk down low
theyre making playing the post where hes not that good at
thats hurting him ( by his own flaws) in the eye of the pubic

in suma a better kg makes a better perk

a more offesive pp makes a better perk

So is Perk an average center without KG and Pierce? I thought that he was better than that but how is he going to get paid anything if he is only decent when surrounded with talent? How does this affect him getting rebounds too? KG and Pierce, to me, shouldn't have too much to do with him grabbing a few more boards.

What happened to Perk from the Orlando series last year? He was playing without KG, Pierce was playing like crap, and he was guarding Howard and was still putting up like 12 points  (against the DOP) and pulling down 11 boards a game?

Pretty good defensive center (excellent at man-to-man, average at other facets), and below-average (for a starter) offensive center. Averages out to an "average" center.

Ouch. Maybe we should have moved him. I was under the impression that he was above avg.If he is just an Avg center I pray that we do not sign him anywhere near the amount that people were suggesting earlier in the year.

Problem is Perk goes through stretches where he looks above average.  Then he goes through stretches where he looks like a future bench stiff.

Shelden is taller has a better wing span and as you said is lighter meaning he can get up quicker to finish. It takes BBD so long to gather to move his massive frame that it allows the blockers too much time. BBD is like 6'7". Shelden is definitely taller.

Sheldon needs to take Big Babys minutes... Clearly and it has been inevitable all year.
