  • It's not hard to work hard.
two good plays from Sheed in a row.  Tony should have caught that pass then sheed makes a big steal.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Nice block by Stuckey. Good cut by Nate. Good pass to Nate too.

Doc is an idiot. How many bad plays does it before TA gets subbed out?

It'd really suck if Finley came along and took TA's minutes...

Nate is winning this game for the Celtics.

We've been desperate for this kind of effort.

Isn't that the slam dunk champ going to the rim with no one in front of him.

Couldn't he throw that down?

He should've used the glass though, or go left handed. Good play by Stuckey as you say.

Just checking in and very happy to see a lead. Hope we pull this one out.
Ben Wallace's rebounding revival in Detroit has been impressive this season. I honestly thought he was done. Goes to show you're only as old as you feel.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Looked like he was a step too far from the basket.

Nate can only throw down with a full head of steam.

Hi Twinbree!  Yeah, "old" Ben indeed.  He plays like he has a chip on his shoulder again.

Can the starters at least give us 3 decent minutes to close this thing out?
