I swear, that record-losing team that missed on Oden looked like they cared more, every game.

that's because they did

I loved that team
We all did. Too bad Al Jefferson doesn't care to play defense.

I mean, if I were Doc, I'd do something in the locker room. Smash a chair, climb on a table, jump up and down. He's thrown just about any single lineup we can field, and nothing has clicked.

Te bottom line is, many teams have tried to "turn it on" for the playoffs and it has never worked. You either have it all season long, or you don't (as evidenced by our 2008 championship season).

(by the way, I am in NY so I am watching the YES broadcast; the NJ announcers are annoying... but should I feel good about missing the Maria experience?)

If this team isn't going to play ball until the playoffs then they are wasting our time.

And 18,000 people wasted their money today.

Congrats on your 1,oooth post, BTW.

Thanks, just wish it didn't have to be a negative remark that pushed me over :-\
This team/season is driving me crazy

Yeah, I hear ya.

Lots of comparisons to the late-Bird era, but I think there are some really important differences.  In 89-92, we had some talented young players that were coming along, so we had something to root for, and had a more balanced roster that way.  Having traded all our chips for Ray and KG, we've got nothing behind them now, nobody to pull for:  All is now...and now is...well...what it is.

This is ridiculous. Will we be getting a foul called for us this game at all?

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Is this the first time the C's have been booed at home? That is certainly troubling.

Ray give up the ball!

I think they were getting boo'd towards the end of the Cavs game.

The refs are not helping... two consecutive offensive fouls.

Wow, you think Marquis and Ray would know not to commit offensive fouls when it's so obvious what the other team is doing....

They got booed in the 3rd quarter of the Orlando game, too.
