Other than our main guys slowing down due to age, I thought, personnel-wise that our biggest needs were backup PG and backup power SF.  We got the backup PG now.  I'm really hoping that a decent sized backup SF will be bought out.  I think Daniels is a little on the smallish side for SF.  Surely TA is too (plus, I never really trust TA on the floor).  So I'm really hoping we can get some decent backup SF on a buyout so we can give Paul a little more rest.  Have no idea who those candidates might be, if any.

Can anyone think of an SF who might get bought out?

Larry Hughes I believe will get bought out.

I agree with the need and actually thought it was a much higher need than backup PG.

It is a piece that will be needed against CLE, ORL, and ATL....

Mike Miller at least fits the dimensions and can shoot...he would be an interesting candidate.

With KG playing on crutches and Sheed playing like crap, I think a strong rebounding PF is actually our biggest position of need.

Quise, Nate and TA will plug the 1,2 &3 better than most other teams at those positions, but our backup guards/small forwards were never the issue.  Not having the Big Ticket above 60% is what's eating us right now IMO...

On paper that would be awesome but that guy has to be one of the dumbest people on earth basketball-wise.

I don't think he adds anything other than what Marquis already does better.

I think we need someone with more size.

I would love to get Mike Miller but I don't know how realistic it is that he gets bought out even with though it would save the Wiz around a million and get them close to winning the lottery.

Yeah and more to the point I'm not sure Miller will be even looking for a buy out.

A big PG so Nate can be the SG on offense.

We could sign Drew Gooden if he get's bought out which is what people are thinking could happen.

Don't know if it truly fits the need for a strong rebounding PF but I wouldn't mind if the C's took a look at him.
