3 Hours to go in the Trade Deadline so I'll be updating any news here. First things, first. According to Amick, Kings are trying to get David Lee from New York in a McGrady deal. I know a lot of you guys would be happy at this. don't know if I would, but we'll see what happens. We'd likely take back Jeffries or Curry
Lee is not going anywhere. Lee has to approve of any deal and he won't lose bird rights because of this.

I think Donnie Walsh would have been able to talk Lee + his agent out of those worries fairly easily if he tried.

The team losing the star (if anyone does) would get back talent and the Knicks could sweeten their offer by offering more money/years.
The knicks are going to have oodles of cap room anyone...When they strike out on Lebron, wade, and Bosh the bird rights wont matter when resigning Lee.
