Wish we were up more but not too shabby in the 1st half.  Some error-prone stretches but, for the most part, they play alright.

You guys kill me.

Waaaaaaaa! The Celtics are losing!
Waaaaaaaa! The Celtics are winning!

Your team came to play tonight. There is nothing more to ask, nothing. Basketball is a streaky game and this first half has been exactly that. Sit back, have a cream soda or something.

Relax, enjoy, go Green.

why do that when you can complain on CB? Its soo much more fun

We just have so so many slow players right now its ridiculous. Perk/Sheed/Kg(knee)/Pierce/Baby. Our team speed is real bad.

Agree to the highest degree.
Which is why for the past 2 months, I posting that we should sign Sean Williams (formerly of the Nets)  he is a FA right now. We could sign him for cheap.

Yeah -- Sean Williams is a real good clubhouse guy who has devoted his life to basketball. No thanks.

Lol. I wouldn't mind if the names Antoine Walker, Sean Williams, and Tyronn Lue would show up censored like swear words on this board.

I'm finally starting to accept Rasheed for what he is. I now have the same expectations for him that i have for Baby, or Shelden, or Marquis. When i finally stop thinking of him as being a difference maker, i can relax and keep my cool when he's out there playing like poo poo. I know with the salary he makes, he should be a difference maker, but he truly isn't. Whatever he gives you is a bonus at this point.

I literally cringed when they threw the ball down to Perk on the block. I have ZERO confidence in Perk right now. Doc please abolish all Perk and Baby isolation plays.

Scal is a good clubhouse guy who has devoted his life to basketball, but um....if scal was sitting our there in FA land, I dont think teams would consider signing him at all.

Sean Williams, in an atmosphere like the Celtics, with guys like Big 3 & Sheed, I have a hard time believing that they wont have a positive impact on him.

Not saying he would be the next AC Green, but he would be better than he is now.

Some thoughts from the first half:

- Rumors of Ray Allen's demise have been greatly exaggerated.  I think the deadline passing was a big load off his mind and he seems more involved tonight.  Gotta cut back on dumb fouls though.

- KG looks aggressive on offense and game though limited on the defensive end.  He's not playing in 08 form, but he's the only one who's even slightly slowed down the Laker's frontcourt, which is killing us right now.

- Rondo needs to play 40+ high quality minutes for us to be able to win.  Doc can play Nate 20 minutes tomorrow and rest Rondo if he wants, but tonight he's gotta be the guy.

- We're watching a Celtics-Lakers game played at a very high level, with a lot of exciting plays and good basketball on both sides.  If this isn't fun to watch, what is?  :)

Williams is a brain dead, team cancer.

The reason he left BC the reason he's without a team.

KG looks limited defensively, but much better than the last few games
