Basically its:
Boston Sends: Ray Allen, Sheldon Williams
Boston Gets: Mike Miller, Antwan Jamison

Dallas Sends: Josh Howard
Dallas Gets: Caron Butler

Washington Sends: Antwan, Caron, and Mike
Washington Gets: Ray, Josh Howard, and Sheldon Williams

Why?
Dallas- Dallas gets a 4th piece and big upgrade at SF

Boston-Stronger wing with rebounding (After 30 days of course), Get a temp. to fill in at PF

Washington-SAVE $$$$$$$

OF course Washington would have to buy out Ray, and Ray would have to sign at the minimum. Let's take a look at the perfect roster with minutes:

Rondo (32)/ Daniels(16)
Ray-Ray(30)/TA(10)/Miller(8)
Paul (25)/ Miller(20)/TA(3)
KG (20)/ Antwan(25)/Davis(3)
Perk(25)/Sheed(20)/Davis(3)

Our first unit stays intact, but we can beat ATL and ORL in a match up even w/out KG, but we'd need him VS the Cavs. Antwan and Miller get to work together (that's why Jamison comes of the bench) and Daniels is past 1st, so they'll blend in well. This is a nightmare for any team when healthy!

NOTE: Sorry if some of these ideas have been posted, don't have time to read all 20+ pages of threads lol  ;D

Yeah bro stronger wing because not only do we have Ray, if he can't preform, we can fall back on Mike Miller..... I don't see what's the issue, as we miss Ray for 30 days. Can't see the logic not to do this if we can re-sign Ray for cheap after 30.....
