Boston Gets:
Marcus Camby
DJ Augustin

Charlotte Gets:
Rasheed Wallace

LA Clippers Get:
Tony Allen
Brian Scalabrine
Ronald Murray
Acie Law
Some assortment of draft picks

Why Boston does it:
Improves the interior Defense and REBOUNDING off the bench.  The C's get the guy they wanted Sheed to be in the bost rebounding and defending.  Also they get a solid backup to Rondo that will allow Daniels to focus on defending at the 2 and 3, and Take Eddie House off the ball.  Also allows them to fix one of their biggest areas of need while holding on to Ray or using him in another trade.

Why Charlotte does it:
They need a big that can spread the floor as Chandler doesn't meet that criteria.  Also Larry Brown loves the guy and there are reports that he BADLY wants to get Sheed to the Cats.

Why the Clippers do it:
Same reason the Clips do anything Cap space, Draft Picks, and an eye towards fixing that mess.
Where "HOLY S**T WE JUST GOT GARNETT!!!" Happens.

I don't think anybody wants Sheed badly, Celtics included. Not on a three year deal for more than $18 million.
Go Celtics.

Why would LAC do it? Camby's contract is expiring. Deal makes no sense for them.
