Monta @ the 1 is better for this team than Rondo is. (I didn't say Monta was a bettter player than Rondo, i'm saying he's a better fit... like Rasheed not being a better fit for this team than Posey, but Rasheed is a better playe)

Raja Bell is a better defender than Ray, and more accurate @ shooting nowadays than ray.

Anthony Randolph has a huge upside. Reminds me of young K.G./Chris Bosh with a big man coach like we have, K.G. and Perk to help him learn he'll be K.G.'s Insurance policy.

Magette because he's a head case and outside threat and penetrator, and the bench desperately need one to compliment, eddie house, and Marquis.

Posey we all know what he does, and miss him badly...

Bottom line it makes us instantly better, and preped for the future.

How is Monta a better fit than Rondo?  Monta isn't all that much better of a jump shooter, he's not much of a passer, and he has a terrible turnover rate.  Monta is best when a team runs isos for him; how is that what we need?
