There's rumors all over the place about the Cavs going after guys like Troy Murphy, Antwan Jamison, and Andre Iguodala. Most of the trade scenarios involve them giving up Z. I also think if Z gets moved, the destination team may very well buy him out. I think if that happens, the C's should attempt to sign him. After a backup point guard, our biggest need is a big off the bench and he would fill that need nicely.

Also, he could get back at the Cavs for dumping him. Imagine, the guy spends 12 years with them and they're ready to axe him for a title. A very classless franchise if you ask me. If anyone on that team deserves a chance at a ring, it's Z. Maybe he can get one over here!

Our second biggest need is a big off the bench?

Never happen. Not with Cleveland offering him his job back.

While I'm not sure that this works for us, I like your thinking.  Didn't the Cav's bench him when he had the opportunity to break some record for consecutive games played?  Screw the Cav's.

I would love to see big Z in green though, it would would be flashbacks of Dino and Potopenko all day.
Truuuuuuuuuth!
