Update : The suns desperately want Iggy

The Suns are looking to deal Amar'e Stoudemire and they also have serious interest in 76ers forward Andre Iguodala.

Philadelphia will listen to offers for Iguodala, but they aren't believed to be actively shopping him.

An NBA source told CSN Philly that "Phoenix desperately wants Andre. They are pushing this. That I know for a fact."

One possible deal would send Stoudemire to Philadelphia for Iguodala and center Samuel Dalembert.

If Iggy goes to Phoenix does Grant Hill or Dudley become available? would love to add either to the C's.

This one doesn't make a ton of sense.  Phoenix is notoriously cheap, and I really find it hard to believe they would take on this kind of salary.  Who knows though, the Suns have done a lot of strange things, and perhaps they just think Iggy would be so good out there, that they think its worth it.  I also wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to turn it into a 3-way deal, convincing another team to take Dalembert.

Yea, plus they have Richardson already who is making a pretty good chunk of change next year. Unless they plan on moving Richardson for an expiring?

Doesn't make much sense for either team.  Elton Brand has been sorta showing some life.  I don't see the point in Philly bringing in another big man.

I don't see the point in the Suns bringing in another SG either.

There's no way the Suns trade with the 76ers if it involves Sammy D.

Sammy D is overpaid and has no shred of offense. He has no place on the Suns whatsoever.

Either Philly will trade Iggy or Sammy. They'd prefer Sammy cause that's enough to get them under the luxury but it's very difficult for them to trade Sammy for expirings, which leaves Iggy.

If they will trade Iggy, it's gonna be for someone like T-Mac or Ray Allen.

Two teams trying to slash payroll ... i don't see Phoenix taking that kind of money back
