I like thePryzbilla pick

  • Rondo = Good
C: Oden
PF: Brand
SF: Durant
SG: Morrow
PG: Westbrook

BN: Charlie Villanueva

The team definitely could use some wing defense, but I like it.

3 guys in your starting lineup aren't good shooters, the other two are deadeyes.  I feel like Oden and Brand kind of overlap in terms of how they score and operate.  I don't really see Morrow as a legit starting SG; he'd probably be better suited as a 20 mpg bench guy (he's basically a larger, younger Eddie House).

Not a bad team, but I'd have to see it in action.  Obviously, any team with Durant is going to be good as long as the supporting cast is decent.  You also have to be absolutely terrified that Oden will go down at any moment.

pf/c: Anderson Varajao

6th: Nate Robinson

Both PGs need the ball in their hands alot, but it needs to be James hands.  Should make for an interesting lockerroom.

I agree that it would be interesting, but I think for the exact same reasons. I think both Baron Davis and Nate Robinson are capable of evolving into being players that can believe in something bigger than their own numbers, if the stakes are high enough. Lebron ensures that the stakes will be plenty high.

PG Tony Parker
SG Leandro Barbosa
SF: Matrix
PF: Anthony Randoplh
Center: Tim Duncan

6th Man: Jarret Jack (can see time at either one or two depending on matchup)

Still need some more big bodies obviously but a pretty good six man rotation to start in my humble opinion

Real Spurs are better.  Backcourt is to small.  PF is to inexperienced.

Should be trying to win now with Duncan.

If they could only have an aging sharp shooting sg.

Ray Allen would be perfect (obviously.)..but even Rip Hamilton.

The new LA Pigs.

PG  Foye
SG  Kobe
SF  Turk
PF  Gasol
C   Gortat

Bench

SG/PG  Redick  (He works as a PG in the Triangle offense much like a Ron Harper.  Kobe and Turk are the true PGs)

Offensively, the team is strong.  The next couple of roll players need to bring the defense.

No.  I would just want to see a SG sized SG next to Parker.  Not a PG sized SG.

And I would want a more experienced big man next to Duncan.

It's very good. I just don't like Randy Foye.

I think Foye is an obvious upgrade over Fisher, but is he even that much better than Farmar?

Gortat...how does he compare to Bynum?

Huge Turkoglu fan, but how much better than Artest? Different skillset, but a better match, if you factor in Artest's defense?

Any team with Kobe and Gasol surrounded by decent talent is a contender, but is it better than the current Lakers?

Why not?  As a starter, he has been averaging 14.4 pts, 4.4 assists, while shooting 45% from the field and 36% from downtown.

And on the Pigs, he doesn't have to worry about running the offense.  Kobe will.
