This post was for fun but with PP broken foot, RR can't hit free throws or jump shots consistantly, kP journeyman center not a scorer or very athletic. Heck RA has been their most consistant player even thoughhe has lost a step or two. Maybe rebuilding is not out of the question.I would hope it won't take five years.
Even with plenty of talent from the lottery the Hawks have taken 4 or 5 years just to get to the point where they are more than a middle of the road team. It takes a while to build youth, no matter how much talent you have. Safe to say the Hawks got lucky, too, considering their picks actually worked out really well.
Their team also suffered in mediocrity for years before that in order to get them in position to draft.
Our team would be extremely lucky to be able to rebuild and have a strong team (capable of 4th seed or higher) within 4-5 years, even with Rondo and Perk as building blocks.
