I might not breathe for the entire time Rondo is on the bench.

I haven't breathed since the beginning of this game

LOL. You're on a tp roll in this quarter.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
For the record:  Kobe scored as many points on Tony in 30 seconds than he did Ray for the other 11:30.  ;)

Good quarter, extending the lead.

Next 4-5 minutes is gonna show a lot.

Very key to keep our composure and keep attacking while limiting the Lakers.

ned TA covering kobe now

Maybe...  although Kobe has a grand total of two points this quarter.
We're giving a ton of help to Ray, a good adjustment for Doc.

I like Tony on Ray as we don't have to double as much, same with switching Pierce on him when Artest isn't out there.

Ray just played some great defense on Kobe 1-on-1, forcing that terrible Fisher shot.
Ray's played him pretty well this quarter, heck the whole game.

I just like the adjustment to give the Laker's a different looking defense to start the second half.

i just thing ray concentrates on his "D" against the fakers and lets his offense come secondary

Good quarter, extending the lead.

Ray has a long history of good to great games against Kobe.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Lakers are still a very good team, I'm very happy with how we played that quarter.

Now can our bench provide the same energy and spark and keep LA from closing the gap?

+6 is nothing, let's hope the bench extends the lead and we finally hold on till the end to win the game.

Let's go Celtics!

Can't whine about the lack of defense or energy throughout the 3 quarters so far.
