Nice list and I voted DJ but I think there are even more deserving players missing than the ones listed:
Artis Gilmore: the guy averaged 18.8 PPG, 12.3 RPG and 2.4 BPG over his 17 year basketball career. 4 times he led the ABA in rebounding and twice he led the ABA in FG%. He led the NBA in FG% 4 times. He was an 11 time All-Star between the 2 leagues. He was also an ABA MVP, ROY, ASG MVP and Playoffs MVP. He was all ABA 1st team and ALL ABA Defensive 1st team 5 times. 12 times in his career he played in every game that season.
Sidney Moncrief - his stats of 15.6 PP, 4.7 RPG and 3.6 APG don't tell you just how great Moncrief was. He was a 5 time All-Star, 2 time Defensive Player of the Year(while simultaneously averaging 20PPG, 6 RPG and 4 APG). He was NBA All Defense 5 time(1st team 4 times, 2nd team 1 time) and ALL NBA 5 times(2nd team 4 times, 1st team 1 time). Moncrief was a close to a shut down SG defensively as you will find at his best and he played against some of the greatest SGs in NBA history.
